What is the petition actually asking for? I would rather do my bit locally. What is the most useful thing a local person in a rural location can do? - we have plenty of ponds and fields.

Glad you asked! The Amphibian Ark web site http://www.amphibianark.org just posted 50 ideas for people, children, and companies to consider. And I just posted links to this blog. Here’s link to the 50 ideas. And please spread the word about our new campaign, 5 for Frogs. http://www.amphibianark.org/50ways.htm
